Mermaid Syntax Error Details (Jake Desktop and Web Apps / Mermaid Diagrams)

Now, if there are syntax/parsing errors in mermaid diagrams, Jake shows a more helpful error message so that users can understand where the problem is occurring (and fix the mermaid diagram code).

Signed Executables (Windows, Jake Desktop App)

Jake Desktop binary executables are now signed (Windows only), so that Jake is less likely to be incorrectly flagged as malware.

Off-line Status Indicator (Jake Desktop and Web Apps)

Jake Desktop and Web frontend now show a custom error page (and link the Jake status site) when it cannot connect to the AI backend, so users have better visibility into Jake status and uptime.
